What is Elemental Yoga?
For yoga to be powerful, it needs to be real. Elemental Yoga is not a rigid system - it is a way to explore what is real and true for you.
Our asana practice combines elements of both traditional hatha yoga and a more modern vinyasa approach. We also bring wisdom from the world of osteopathy and therapeutic bodywork, as well as meditative practices from the Buddhist tradition.
None of our practices are compulsory, and we tailor-make our teaching to serve our students, guiding everyone in the direction in which they wish to go.
Among other tools, we use the principles of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space as powerful and inspiring way to relate to our body, our mind and our life as a whole.
Students will be supported to find their own unique meanings and insights throughout the training, with the understanding that their own direct experience is the biggest gift when teaching.
