Elemental Yoga Mind-Body Teacher Training Program (200-hour)
Designed for teachers, aspiring teachers, and dedicated students of yoga
The mission of the Elemental Yoga Mind-Body Teacher Training Program is to promote the integration of mind, body, and spirit in the teaching of yoga. We aim to provide the highest caliber of mind-body training to help yoga teachers, mental health professionals, and bodyworkers teach yoga from a therapeutic, mind-body perspective. We seek to instill expertise in teaching to students holistically, with sensitivity not only to the physical body but to the mental, emotional, nervous system, and deep visceral bodies. Graduates of our 200-hour Teacher Training are able to teach group classes while working holistically with the thoughts, emotions, and physical issues of their students to help reduce stress, shift long-held patterns, awaken internal awareness, and facilitate the process of healing and growth.
Please note that the Elemental Yoga 200-hour Mind-Body Teacher Training program prepares graduates to teach group classes from a therapeutic perspective. This teacher training is not considered sufficient training for providing yoga therapy to clients.
The Teacher Training Program is held at the Watertown Center for Healing Arts.

After carefully researching all Yoga Alliance-certified programs in Massachusetts, I chose to study with Bo's Elemental Yoga Training because it was so far above and beyond what the other programs offered. Bo's background and experience provide a depth and texture that is unparalleled. I entered the program excited to learn more about yoga, deepen my own practice, and possibly become a teacher. What I didn't expect was to also encounter a personal journey – the chance to learn more about myself and to evolve personally. I leave the program feeling more knowledgeable and prepared than I ever thought I could as a yoga teacher. I also leave feeling like I'm a better version of myself.
