For Thomas, the love affair with yoga started in his early twenties. At first a shy fascination, the romance quickly turned into a passionate journey of practice and discovery. Thomas has found the practices of yoga to have the potential to touch every part of our life, from physical and mental health to relationships and our capacity for creativity and positive action in the world.
A passionate student of yoga, Buddhism and pedagogy for over a decade, Thomas's teaching is a blend of clear technique, authentic depth and spontaneous humour. Fascinated with the transformational potential of yoga and mindfulness practices, he brings a playful and detailed approach to learning with the goal of authentic freedom for body, mind and heart.
In addition to continuing studies in yoga, Thomas is a student of tantric Buddhism under the mentorship of Rob Preece and Trauma Therapy with Andrea Wandel. He feels extremely lucky to live in the beautiful Southern Black Forest with his partner Jeanne, daughter Solia (3), and second daughter slowly growing in belly...

Since she was a girl Cate has loved and lived to move...for her, a day without movement is like a day without the sun and a smile. Gymnastics and dancing gave her joy and a passion to deepen what she loved. Connecting more to the body and mind, being curious about alignment in many ways of different movement, opened new doors for her.
Today she loves to teach Yoga (Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow). In 2011 she got hooked up with AcroYoga, dived deep into that magical world, and now teaches AcroYoga classes, workshops and retreats all over Switzerland. Cate brings a focus on smart movement and training, spreading the joy and love for what she does, because connection through playfulness and trust are just amazing.
Cate is also a Thai Yoga Massage therapist and is currently studying for qualification as an osteopath. She lives in Luzern, Switzerland and loves the lake and mountains!
Mélanie Carmen Huser
Anatomy geek, teacher and awesome lady (she did not write this headline)
Had Mélanie known to which extent yoga would change her life, she probably wouldn’t have dared to start with it. As an emergency care medical doctor she came from a success-oriented, fast-paced world and turned to yoga in an attempt to wind down – and, to her surprise, she instantaneously fell in love with it.
The initially light-hearted love story eventually turned into a profound personal and professional transformation, leading her to not only become a Vinyasa-, Yin- and Acro-yoga teacher, sharing her enchantment with students from all over the world but also to become a enthusiastic yoga anatomy teacher. She feels deep gratitude for having been given the opportunity to share her passion and knowledge for the human body and its anatomy with soon-to-be yoga teachers in teacher trainings in Switzerland, Belgium, Spain and Bali. The joy of witnessing how aspiring yoga teachers transform their newly gained anatomical knowledge into safe and intelligent yoga classes regularly makes her eyes glow.
